Design Research

Lead with actionable opportunities and facilitate organisational change based on human insight.

Ethnographic research

We apply qualitative research methods to develop a nuanced understanding of people's behaviours, routines and mindsets.

We immerse ourselves in the lives of individuals and (re)orientate you on what customers actually need and how to deliver on it. A research-informed approach will help you launch products, services and strategies that are effective and resilient.

Usability Testing

Usability testing allows us to easily evaluate the ease of use and effectiveness of digital interfaces as well as physical product experiences.

We iteratively test concepts with customers and stakeholders in order to address usability issues or design flaws; from early prototypes to fully functional concepts with the main intention to develop more user-friendly and effective solutions.

Quantitative research

Often a larger sample of feedback is required as part of the design process and solution evaluation.

We collect and analyse feedback to identify patterns, trends and opportunity areas. Our research team integrates quantitative research methods across the lifecycle of a product, service or strategy; whether it is to identify innovation opportunities or to refine and reinvent existing solutions.

Co-design and prototyping

We apply co-design and prototyping practices to actively involve customers and stakeholders into the development of solutions and experiences.

Our approach spans across a multifold of methods, from prototyping physical spaces to co-designing communication messages and specific product or service interactions. Co-design and prototyping offers you insight into how individuals interact with solutions holistically, across offline and online interactions and within varying contexts.
