Together with Sennheiser, we defined and designed Team Connect Wireless, a groundbreaking audio solution and user experience from scratch. With its extreme ease of use, multiple simultaneous audio channels and connectivity options, 360° sound in top audio quality and award-winning design, it helped Sennheiser expand its business and create a milestone.
When our long-term client and world-leading audio expert Sennheiser shared his vision with us, we were immediately excited.
We knew right away that we were going to be part of developing a groundbreaking product and user experience that would set new standards in the field of audio conferencing.
The close collaboration with Sennheiser and their acoustic engineers was marked by exceptional creativity and intensity and allowed us to contribute the entire scope of our expertise – from user research, strategic product definition and usability testing all the way to industrial and UX design.
Our common goal was to never compromise on user needs and wants and deliver the ultimate in terms of design, sound quality and usability.
Extensive research and an ongoing iterative process of designing, testing and re-evaluation ensured an outcome that matched these goals.
Aiming high was more than worth it: Team Connect Wireless comes in 360° sound, top audio quality, high connectivity via Bluetooth (NFC assisted pairing), audio cable and USB, a master unit and three satellites for broadcasting the voices of up to 24 conference participants and a carrying case that combines charging and storage in one simple unit.
It boots autonomously within a matter of seconds and is the first system on the market that allows additional participants to join an ongoing conference simply by connecting additional devices.
