Introducing a UX-driven approach and mindset into the innovation culture of Konica Minolta, we teamed up with our client partners to build a roadmap and innovation pipeline preparing Konica Minolta for the digital future.

Transforming business: from IT-manufacturer to IT- service provider

Having worked out a business strategy for growth in digital services building on Konica Minolta's key assets, the question now was: How would customers react?
A Lighthouse Project established an agile and user-centered process for the incubation of new products and services.

Through innovation research and co-creation workshops we helped the KM team build empathy for their customers and identify business opportunities that not only align with the strategy but also with their customers’ demands. 

 

The project was also used to align Konica Minolta employees around the world on the new strategy innovation process.
