MyBOSCH is a quantum leap in after-sale service. A cross-platform app with interactive user and service guides, featuring useful data and answers to all possible users questions about their home appliances.

After-sales service is usually an incomprehensible manual. Bosch Home Appliances approached us to support them in the definition and implementation of their after-sale services.

The result is an easy to use cross-platform app supporting the users with answers to all questions they have about their products, providing them with helpful and individual information and inspiring news about all functions of their household appliances. An additional bonus is the easy-made getting in touch with local service providers.

Bosch Home Appliances recently transferred the myBosch app content into their online web service.
