Lunch Talk at FLUID: This week, Agile experts Stefan Birnkammerer und Danny Winter from evolutopia visited our office. They shared with us their approach on Agile and the use of Scrum, one of the best known frameworks in the field of agile software- und product development. Stefan and Danny explained the role of product owners, scrum masters and development teams and what a product backlog is. Together, we went through the iterative scrum process and its meetings.
