We just got back from another research trip, this time in beautiful Copenhagen. There we also met Daniel, who helped us re-shape and re-brand our company from LUNAR Europe to FLUID last year. He lives in Copenhagen and shared with us some of his favorite spots and local insights.
We visited the exciting Nørrebro area which now in some way resembles a Berlin Mitte streetscape. We learned thad a few streets there were dominated by street gangs and only one small vegan food place and his owner withstood the violence. Now that the gangs disappeared, this owner opened another, larger vegan restaurant, Plads'n, where we had a very tasty lunch together with Daniel.
Beyond this we enjoyed the great Danish coffee culture, the endless variety of bike styles that can be seen in the streets including the public ebike rental stations.
