Team Spirit, Creativity, and Sunshine
Team building does not always have to be survival training. Last Friday, we traded laptops for bikes, soaked up the sunshine, and cruised through the beautiful Englischer Garten in Munich. The ride reminded us that creativity flows more freely when you spend time together outside the usual work setting.
But the day wasn’t just about cycling. In true FLUID tradition, we also brought back one of our all-time favorite activities: dodgeball. With plenty of laughs, a few epic saves, and maybe one or two dramatic dives, it was the perfect way to keep our tradition alive while strengthening the bonds within the team. Who knows… maybe it’s time to revive the legendary Munich Design Agency Dodgeball Tournament? What do you think? Events like these not only help us grow closer as a team but also connect us with the wider creative community in Munich.
To round off the day, we enjoyed a relaxed evening together with good food and conversation. Shared dinners like these are a reminder that creativity thrives not only during office hours, but also when people come together in a more personal setting.
No matter how often we organize such team events, each one gives us a fresh boost of spirit, strengthens our collaboration, and makes our way of working together so unique – and successful.
