To tie business and first class customers to an airline, exceptional service is key. Spiriant, a subsidiary of LSG Group, approached us with the challenge of developing a service concept around personalized flights. 

The result

We developed PersonalSky, a service concept that enables passengers to choose freely how to spend their time on board and aligns service to individual needs and preferences. 

Specifically designed products support work or recreation time on board and provide ultimate comfort.

Asked by Spiriant what makes on-board experiences in the business class even more enjoyable, we answered: the freedom of choice. 

 

We developed a service concept that personalizes business class flights and lets customers choose freely how to spend their time on-board. 

 

With a specifically designed app, passengers can create their individual service and enjoy the flexibility of pursuing their personal in-flight schedule.

A range of additional and specifically designed products provide ultimate relaxation on-board.

In case a passenger plans to get important work done during a flight, a modular tray concept offers an extraordinary in-flight work experience.
